Industries today are demanding comprehensive traceability of quality, which means collecting and recording all information about alloy materials.

Our NITON XLt898 Alloy Analyzer has allowed us to give our customers the required elemental analysis as a matter of routine. Mill certification and heat stamps are developed through assurances of metal quality given by the suppliers or by testing using direct comparison to standard reference materials.

The Alloy Analyzer allows us to analyze metals for their alloying elements including Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Cb(Nb), Mo, TZM, Hf, Ta, W,Th, and more.

We can provide a reliable method for nondestructive verification of incoming material; to be certain that what you receive is what you ordered.

The XLt898 utilizes X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology to analyze metal samples in forms ranging from solid parts to turnings or powders.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)
are considered essential in our industry. Product components constructed using out-of-spec materials can produce results ranging from inconvenient to disastrous. MIL Spec documentation gives little assurance of product quality, with an estimated 70 percent of material errors resulting from incorrect MIL Spec documentation.

Quality Fabrication of Parts

Our OGP SmartScope Flash 200 bench top metrology system includes advanced video measurement with a touch trigger, probes and easy-to-use software. Inspections are easy, automated and accurate. This gives us the ability to insure precision measuring capability.
